Refund policy

All our products are handwoven, all domestic and international orders may take up to 8-12 weeks to deliver .However delivery timeline may vary subjecting to product availability. In case of expedited delivery please contact us at +91 7099031980. or write to us at  contactsereki@gmail.com.


Orders are subject to Customs and Duty charges, payable by the recipient and you may be requested to pay duty charges prior to exportation of your order from India by our delivery agent. 


Since our sarees/mekhela sadors/ stoles are customized, they are not eligible for return  unless the product delivered has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product has been shipped to you. 


The product returned must be in original condition, with the original packaging and with all tags still attached. 


The product must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.


Please note that we will not accept the product if there are stains, make up stains or smell of perfume.


Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 


The amount for items once bought will not be refunded. You can either exchange the product or we will give you a credit note which can be used to buy another product.
